In Q4 2021, Somo was named as a top-10 digital transformation provider by B2B technology magazine, CIO Applications Europe.

To celebrate the accolade, the publication featured an exclusive interview with Somo’s co-founder Carl Uminski, telling the story of the agency’s journey from mobile specialist to digital transformation company.

I managed the relationship and contract with CIO Applications Europe, defining the interview content and editing the final version. The media partnership also included A4 adverts which I wrote and supplied across subsequent editions.

Promoting the achievement became a key part of Somo’s PR narrative as the agency headed into 2022 and its subsequent acquisition by CI&T.
