In the utilities industry, water companies have historically lagged behind energy providers when it comes to digital transformation. So how can they accelerate growth in the midst of huge regulatory and infrastructure changes?
In 2023, CI&T began a quarterly growth partnership with trade magazine, Water Industry Journal, to engage subscribers about how to modernise technology, operations and customer experiences.
The first feature explored how to create digital efficiencies at scale, using an interview with CI&T’s Chief Strategy Officer, Ross Sleight. I co-created a discussion guide for the interview and wrote copy for a full page advert, which supported the editorial.
