Swiss Re is a leading reinsurance firm whose vision is to help make the world more resilient. Following a period of growth in the US, it needed to recruit more people in areas like underwriting, data analysis and customer service.
To help raise Swiss Re’s employer brand profile, I worked with an art director and the wider Hugo & Cat account team to deliver a lead generation campaign with awareness, consideration and conversion stages.
This involved developing concepts and copy for social display ads, Google search ads and a bespoke landing page, using real employees as company ambassadors.
