Content authoring guidelines and frameworks for internal teams
Gen is the tech company behind leading cybersecurity brands like Norton, Avast, Avira and NortonLifeLock. In August 2023, it launched a new website to bring its purpose, "Powering Digital Freedom", to life and showcase its products and services.
As part of an agile team at Hugo & Cat, I helped design and build the MVP site. I worked closely with UX, UI, strategy and client teams to write key pages, including the homepage, our story, our brands, careers and social impact.
- Using a strategic messaging framework, I also helped define the new tone of voice and ensure the brand purpose came through clearly across the site.
