Enhanced client satisfaction scores
In Q1 2023, CI&T launched TL;DR: its first EMEA email newsletter designed to add value to client relationships and drive business growth.
Featuring relevant and timely content including expert tips, industry insights, event news and more, the monthly emails are tailored to both clients and prospects.
As well as writing copy, I managed the editorial calendar and liaised with internal departments to agree content themes and objectives.
