After a leadership change and agency consolidation, MRM’s global website needed a refresh to better reflect what the agency is all about: building enduring brand relationships.
As part of the UK project team, I worked closely with global stakeholders to shape the narrative for the Homepage, About Us, Case Studies and Specialisms. I also content-designed templates to showcase MRM’s key technology partnerships like Sitecore, Salesforce and Adobe.
The result is a consistent global presence that finally does justice to MRM’s integrated offerings in CRM, CX and Commerce.
