To drive new business leads in the US market, I wrote a white paper exploring five pillars for digital transformation in banking. To inform the content, I drafted a survey to a large sample of local and national US banks as well as questions for interviews with senior industry executives, which Somo's North American office carried out.
This was part of a wider programme of US thought leadership including blogs, PR and other reports.
