Covid-19 accelerated the emerging trend in buying cars online. But according to our research in May 2021, there was much room for improvement in the service that OEMs and car marketplaces provided.
To generate prospect conversations with car retailers, we created a report exploring consumer attitudes towards the end-to-end digital experience and key driver pain points.
Along with commissioning a new survey of UK motorists, I wrote the copy for the report, social posts and a teaser video.
