Rallied employees behind product vision

In 2021, Somo developed a proposition and strategy for a new Bupa customer experience: an app that could serve as a digital healthcare companion.

The vision was to empower Bupa members to monitor their health, manage claims and connect with specialists like clinicians, physiotherapists and personal trainers—all from one place.

• To bring the product to life for senior client stakeholders, we produced a video that demonstrated how the app worked and its user benefits.

I wrote the script and worked closely with a UX designer, product owner and film creator to develop the storyboard into an animated video.
