This report was an integral part of an ABM initiative to generate new business leads within the UK general insurance sector. It explores how consumers buy insurance products, the triggers that motivate switching and tips for institutions to improve their digital experience.
I created the synopsis before briefing Propeller, our content partner, to carry out consumer research and write the report. I also provided copy oversight throughout the development process.
