This report was an integral part of an ABM initiative to generate new business leads within the UK mortgage sector. It explores home buyer attitudes—from both broker and non-broker customers—and identifies areas where digital solutions can improve the overall mortgage orchestration experience.
I created the synopsis before briefing Propeller, our content partner, to carry out consumer research and write the report. I also provided copy oversight throughout the development process.
