Saved time dealing with client requests

MarketAxess is a leading fixed income trading platform for institutional investors and dealers, handling large volumes of client data with strict InfoSec measures in place.

But when clients asked how their data was protected, account managers had no relevant content to share causing the InfoSec team to step in for time-consuming meetings.

We created a bespoke InfoSec hub on the main website, giving clients clear, accessible answers in one place.

I wrote new web copy covering encryption, GDPR and incident management protocols. Working with a designer and product owner, we used UX techniques like chunking and progressive disclosure to make complex information easy to digest.
