Saved time for InfoSec team in dealing with routine requests

MarketAxess is a leading fixed income trading platform for institutional investors and dealers, handling large volumes of client data with strict InfoSec measures in place.

But when clients asked how their data was protected, account managers had no ready-made content to share—meaning the InfoSec team had to step in for time-consuming meetings.

We created a dedicated InfoSec hub on the MarketAxess website, giving clients clear, accessible answers in one place.

I wrote new web copy covering encryption, GDPR and incident management protocols. Working with a designer and product owner, we used UX techniques like chunking and progressive disclosure to make complex information easy to digest.
